Sgt. JT Miller would like to remind you to dress appropriate when attending court at the Hardy County Courthouse. The appropriate dress code for all Hardy County Courts are listed here.
Remember do not bring weapons and guns into the Hardy County Courthouse or they may be removed. WV Code § 11a explains this in more detail. You may find a copy of WV Code § 11a, weapon laws, for reference here.
